About Col Donna L Fore
Donna L. Fore, Colonel, USAF (Retired)
Colonel Donna L. Fore, USAF (Retired), is a Licensed Agent with the New York
Life Insurance Company. As a licensed Agent of the New York Life Insurance
Company, Donna offers a wide variety of products and services that can help
individuals, families and businesses to meet a number of insurance and financial
needs, including, but not limited to: College funding, retirement plans, managing
costs for extended periods of care, and developing lifetime income strategies.
In her military career, she most recently served as an Air Force full-time, Air Guard Reserve
(AGR) officer assigned to the Pentagon. Col Fore’s last military position was with the
Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)). In this capacity she
assisted the Director of Policy, Strategy and Doctrine (PS&D) as the senior level advisor on
all Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) policy matters involving
intelligence, counterintelligence and security policy, to include the development and
coordination of policy, as well as crafting the OUSD(I) and DoD positions for national,
defense and IC plans, programs, strategies, policy documents, Executive Orders, and other
related initiatives.
Col Fore retired from active duty in 2007 with over 30 years of intelligence experience. Her
areas of expertise include serving as the Air Reserve Component (ARC) Intelligence Advisor
to senior AF leadership at the Pentagon; serving as the Director of Intelligence (J2) for a
Joint Task Force deployed to Central America; providing Commander-level indications and
warning support at U.S. Central Command; designing, scripting and participating in
numerous major national-level wargames/exercises at the North American Aerospace
Defense Command/U.S. Space Command; as well as additional force protection and
intelligence support at all levels of command. She was mobilized and served overseas during
the first Gulf War and performed duty at Aviano Air Base, Italy providing targeting and
intelligence support for joint and coalition operations conducted in the Balkans. She was
selected as the AF Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) of the Year and the Reserve
Officer Association’s IMA of the Year (1999).
Col Fore’s awards include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint
Service Commendation Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Joint Service
Achievement Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
She was selected and served as a National Security Program Fellow at Harvard University in
Cambridge, Massachusetts from 1999-2000. She makes her home in Southside VA.

The Blue Angels are one of the premier flying squadrons known for their precision, professional, excellence and teamwork. The Blue Angels does so much for the morale of its military communities.
